Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a brilliant location with lots of history and stunning views. My room was cozy, not too big, but warm and comfortable. However, the dining options were limited, and there is room for improvement in this area. The service was friendly and accommodating, although some staff were not well dressed.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were well-equipped with a coffee machine and kettle, and I loved the charming outside patio with a beautiful view. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, although the scrambled eggs were a bit overcooked. The location was perfect, right on the seafront in lovely Broadstairs. The dining experience was good with plenty of choices, though I would have preferred a fresh fruit salad option. Overall, a great value for a seaside retreat.
The hotel boasts tastefully decorated rooms with views over Viking Bay, although the size was a letdown for the price paid. The service was exceptional with helpful and friendly staff. Its location overlooking the sea offers a spectacular setting, especially for families with small kids. Dining, while featuring a great breakfast selection, suffers from slow service at times.
